Slabs

TT- AND HTT-SLABS

TT-Slab is an excellent solution for to be used in floors in all type of buildings (in industrial-, office- or commercial buildings, car parks or in logistical centrals just to mention few). These slabs can be produced upto span of 25m. Betset produces ridged TT-slabs with span upto 30m and they are used as roofs in highest floors. Both, TT- and Ridged TT-slab, can be produced in different height and width according to customer's needs. Typical width of the slab is 3000mm and typical height is 300 - 1300mm

With Betset's new MaxTT -slab it is possible to cover even bigger areas with one slab. The installation time of slabs is also faster when the slab is bigger.

HOLLOW-CORE SLABS

Hollow-core slabs are prestressed pre-cast slabs, which have been made lighter by longitudinal slab cavities. Hollow core slabs are used in all types of buildings as floors and roofs, sometimes even in walls. The slabs can also be manufactured with an isolation on the soffit. The thicknesses of the slabs produced by Betset are 150, 200, 265, 320, 370, 400 and 500 mm.

SOLID SLABS

Shell slab is a thin prestressed pre-cast slab, which used as a mould for situ casted concrete. Solid panel with reinforcement inside, together with concrete casting can also function as a joint structure. Shell panels are used in base floors, intermediate floors and floor levels in car parkings. 

The thickness of solid panel varies from 80 to 160 mm.
