Caring of environment

Environmental care plays an important role in the decision making of Betset Ltd. in all sectors of our business. We strive for minimising the environmental effects of our operations and environmental issues are a part of the quality system. We sort the waste produced during our processes appropriately and we make sure that the waste gets a suitable further treatment. Sewage water from different processes is recycled and partly reused. The washing water of the transport equipment of ready-mixed concrete is precipitated and partly reused as process water.

 One of the principles in our operations is an efficient and economical use of natural resources during the whole building process. For example with these measures Betset wants to follow the principles of sustainable development in its operations and take part in building up an environmentally friendly Finland.
